It is coming around to that time again, and despite the weather last year you all came and supported us and as you know we managed to raise over £800 on the night. Well done!! So, once again we are raising money for the RNLI .

Well, despite the weathers best attempts at dampening our yearly Hog Roast, it did not succeed! We had 150 stoic supporters who joined us for what turned out to be a really good evening.
After last year’s successful Hog Roast, Chef’s want another night off!! So here we go again, Sunday September 30th starting at 4.00pm.
Andrew, Niki and all the team at the Kings Head thank you for your continued support in 2006. Last year was busier than ever for us, so we are now bracing ourselves for another great year - Here’s hoping for a warm summer!!
Well, the Hog Roast was a resounding success, thanks go to all of you who supported it! The weather had us guessing for most of the day but our luck was in and from 4.00pm we had glorious sunshine!
When we wrote our first Kings Head Missive last March, we were so busy trying to get all the information in and correct, we forgot the obvious! To introduce ourselves, so here we are...
Since taking on the Kings Head in April 2004, we have had a tremendous response from local residents, guest houses, hoteliers and B&B owners and many other visitors. Its been hard to step off the merry go round and catch a breath.
